Emergency Service
In the event of a medical or life threatening emergency please call 9-1-1.
For after-hour emergency maintenance service please call 301-493-5100. Examples of a maintenance emergency are no heat or A/C, a water leak that will cause damage to a unit or common area, or a toilet that can not be used. If the work performed is deemed billable, the owner will be charged at a rate of $112.50 per hour labor plus parts.
If you cannot get through to the emergency service because of a power failure or because the mailbox is full, please dial 301-674-1156. This number is to be called ONLY in a true emergency. Please do not use it to leave general messages.
Reminder: There is no after-hours lockout service--UNLESS, there is unattended food cooking on the stove or a child is locked INSIDE a unit alone. If emergency personnel respond to either of these situations, the service will be free if confirmed by the staff member. Otherwise, there will be a $150 charge upon entry.
