Clubhouse Rules for Weekday Use

1. Report any problems immediately to Management.
2. Clubhouse use is limited to residents and their guests.
3. Clubhouse key is not transferrable.
4. Sign in on the sheet upon entering clubhouse.
5. Residents and their guests are expected to behave courteously.
6. Headphones or earbuds are required for all personal audio devices.
7. No running, pushing, or fighting is permitted in the clubhouse.
8. Do not leave the door propped open.
9. Do not remove furniture from the clubhouse.
10.  Clean up after yourself before you leave.
11. No animals are permitted in the clubhouse.
12. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
13. No use of oven, kitchen utensils, or coffee supplies is permitted.
14. No smoking or vaping.
15. No soliciting, including for sales, marketing, religious or political purposes.
16. Eating and drinking non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
17. The use of the TV, refrigerator, and microwave is permitted.
18. All children under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.
19. Violators may be evicted from the clubhouse and banned from future use.
20. Use the clubhouse at your own risk.
