The Architectural Control Committee's responsibilities are outlined in the Bylaws, Article V, and include approving or disapproving requests from owners who apply for permission to make architectural alterations in their units and recommending to the Board architectural standards and guidelines for the community.

The Architecutral Control Committee meets on the second Monday of the month in the South Clubhouse at 7:00 PM, when there is business for the committee. The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 13th.
