The In-Unit Service Program is a fee-based membership program for unit owners to request repairs or services within their condominium. The Board of Directors established the In-Unit Service Program in the interest of the Association and the individual unit owner. The program allows unit owners to use Association staff and materials, facilitating prompt and economical repairs and encouraging energy conservation.
If you would like more information on the program, please review the In-Unit Service Program Guidelines. If you would like to join the program please submit the membership form (included in the guidelines) with the membership fee to the Management Office.
Once a member of the program you may request work by submitting a Work Request Form to the Management Office or you may email Raynesha Brown directly.
